These Terms govern your use of Kasakua, a product of Busyaccess ("Kasakua", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Kasakua provides an embeddable AI chat assistant and a dashboard to manage conversations, knowledge, leads, and settings. Features and plans may change over time.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any website on which you embed the widget.
You retain ownership of the content you add (knowledge, branding) and your conversation data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. AI responses are generated by the AI provider you connect (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) or your n8n workflow, subject to their terms. You are responsible for the content the assistant produces on your behalf and for complying with applicable laws (including notifying your end users where required).
Don't use Kasakua to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Plans are month-to-month unless stated otherwise; you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, effective per your plan settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and supervising the assistant's use for your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busyaccess will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
